__NOTOC__The Burren Smokehouse is an Irish family-run producer of Smoked fish. The company is established in 1989 and located on Kincora Road, Lisdoonvarna, County Clare. It was set up by Peter and Birgitta Curtin. The Burren Smokehouse started with the smoking and curing of salmon. Later they branched out into mackerel, trout and eel.
